Responsibility and duty:
ascertain the interface design based on the definite design principles;

modify the existing design;
optimize the design projects;
improve on the design of products’ function and enhance the parts’ universal property and manufacturability;
take charge of the training of works;
instruct the technician’s work and help them to improve;
check the key function and design the dimension of parts and assemblies;
assist the principle to disposal the exterior communion;
complete the assigned work in time;
instruct to complete the drawing.
Several assemblers
Request: 20-35 year old, male, graduated from secondary technical school or higher, experienced in assembling IMM with fitters technique
Responsibility and Duty:
finish everyday work as required;
make the quality of working procedure excellent;
seiri, seition and seiso the surroundings as 6S standard;
enhance each skill diligently by self-study;
feed back the problems once discovered while installing machines and raise a reasonable proposal about the machines’ disadvantage;
complete each task actively.
Several painters
Request: 25-40 year old, male, graduated from junior middle school or higher, experienced in spray-paint in mechanical field, can bearing hardships and standing hard work.
Responsibility and duty:
complete every month’s painting work as schedule;
take charge of the 6S management and maintenance of the group, specially in charge of the fireproofing;
make a proposal on the group’s saving in materials;
complete each task actively.
One oil pipe worker
Request: 25-40 year old, male, graduated from junior middle school or higher, engaged with the hydraulic pressure hose’s manufacture for more than 2 years, know well about the procedure of manufacturing the high-pressure oil pipe and be able to manufacture the oil pipe by oneself.
Responsibility and duty:
finish everyday work as required;
make the quality of working procedure excellent;
seiri, seition and seiso the surroundings as 6S standard;
enhance each skill diligently by self-study;

check the completed parts by oneself;
maintain the 6S management to guarantee safety of people, working locale, equipments and surroundings;
